To ensure that all projects; kitchen, bath or basement, undertaken by ASLAN, are successfully completed, we have implemented a systematic Project Management approach to remodeling. This process takes you safely from the project conception to cooking in your kitchen or enjoying your first bath.

M. Map it Out – Planning and Design – Together we will develop a scope of work, describing exactly what will be done in your bathroom. We will create preliminary computer aided drawings, material selections and a financial analysis of your project. Together we will finalize the design to match your dream bath.

A. Assign Resources – Execution – We will order all materials. We will get permits when necessary. We will assign and coordinate tradesmen and material deliveries for your remodeling project.

R. Realization – Project Monitoring and Controlling – We will provide daily on-site progress monitoring to ensure time lines and quality. We will monitor if changes to the scope of work need to be made and get your approval before work starts. We will meet with you on a regular basis to obtain feedback from you.

T. Termination – Project Closure – Together we will inspect the remodeling project and if You are satisfied we will sign off the project. For any outstanding items we will find satisfactory resolution. Together we will settle the project and hand over your newly renovated space.

We also want to give back to our community by supporting local nonprofit organizations and charities. Aslan participated in community sponsored effort to build Youth Outreach Ministries – Hawthorne House (completed 2009), contributed to renovation of a new location for Wheaton Historical Society (completed (2007), makes as well monetary contributions to charities working in our neighborhood.

· use of non toxic materials like: low or 0 VOC paints, no formaldehyde cabinetry, sustainable growth woods

· using most gas efficient non-hybrid cars to conduct our business
